I don’t know about you, but I can’t stand neck straps for cameras.
My Panasonic GH4 strap has been getting on my nerves, so I looked in to getting a wrist strap. I only pull it out when I need it anyway, so it made sense to me. After looking through some of the stylish, but expensive straps out there, I decided to make my own. Here it is.
It was actually pretty easy after I tried a few things. What I did was string a long piece of strong cotton yarn through the little strap hole they already had there, and I chained up each side until it seemed to fit pretty well, connected the two ends, knotted off, and wrapped the unused ends back down where I knotted them off at the ring that the strap is connected to.
