I started a book not too long ago that I put down for some unknown reason, but I just rediscovered it on my Kindle, and I can’t stop reading! The book is Yes, Please by the wonderful Amy Poehler. This is a memoir about Amy’s life and work and how being a mother and a comedian and a mess all comes together to make Amy who she is. I am currently in the chapter written by Seth Myers, which was unexpected, but incredibly endearing. He speaks of the first time he met saw Amy performing, their time on SNL together, and her hard core pregnant rap for Sarah Palin. You can tell that he holds their relationship very close to his heart. This book has been an incredible experience for me, as I deal with body image and what am I going to do with my life crises on a regular basis.
